CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Registration is now open for OCIS 2020.

The Early Bird rate is available until Sunday 15th March, after which the Standard rate will be available.
All Speakers, Chairs and Discussants must register by Tuesday 31st March in order to be included in the conference program.

Registration fees are:

  • Early Bird Delegate  – AUD $360  (includes GST)
  • Standard Delegate – AUD $395 (includes GST)
  • Early Bird Postgrad/HDR Student – AUD $195 (includes GST)
  • Standard Postgrad/HDR Student – AUD $245 (includes GST)

Registration fee includes:

  • a ticket to the Conference Dinner on the evening of Monday 29 June
  • a ticket to the ECR First Book Reception on the evening of Tuesday 30 June
  • access to all conference sessions, and hot beverages (tea/coffee) on all three days of the conference.

Registration fee does NOT include lunch or snacks for the three days of the conference.

All conference sessions as well as events will be held in the Kambri Precinct, The Australian National University, Acton ACT 2601

Conference Dinner & Cocktail Reception

This year the dinner (on Monday 29 June) and the ECR First Books Cocktail Reception (on Tuesday 30 June) are both included in the registration price. Please be sure to indicate on the registration form if you plan to attend either or both functions, so that we can cater accordingly.

Program

This year the conference will run for 3 full days, commencing with registration at 8.30am on Monday 29 June and concluding by 5pm on Wednesday 1 July. We expect to have the full program details finalised by May 2020.

Accommodation

You can book your own accommodation, or you can book through the registration portal, selecting from a range of options for all budgets. If you use the registration portal, our conference organisers will make bookings for you and process payment through the registration portal. If you do not wish to avail yourself of these options, it is recommended that you book accommodation as soon as possible after registration. Expenses

Please note that all expenses associated with registering and attending the conference are to be covered by the delegate. Participants should make their own travel and hotel arrangements.
